From the initial phone call, I spoke with Cate to make the appointment, she was warm, comforting, very knowledgeable and explained everything as I was slightly nervous. When I met Lisa, she was simply amazing. She took the time to understand what I wanted, want I would be expecting and addressed any concerns I had.
